Terms of use
These terms describe the limited purpose and use of GymOS Local Health Reader.
1. Private personal application
GymOS Local Health Reader is a private, single-user application operated for the owner’s personal health and fitness information management. It is not offered for public registration, resale or use by Ashmere Eggs customers.
2. Authorised access
The application may access Google Health information only after the user grants the requested read-only permissions through Google OAuth. The user may revoke that access at any time. Unauthorised access to the application or its locally held data is prohibited.
3. Fitness analysis, not medical care
GymOS organises personal records and produces training, nutrition, sleep and recovery analysis. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider or emergency service. Its outputs do not replace professional diagnosis, treatment or urgent medical care.
4. Data handling
Use of Google Health information is governed by the published GymOS privacy policy and the applicable Google API policies. No right is granted to sell, advertise against or publicly disclose the user’s health information.
5. Availability and change
This personal tool may change, pause or cease operating. Material changes to Google data access or use will be disclosed before they take effect, and renewed consent will be obtained where required.
